Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to anyone who uses isabellesurielow.com or books a service with Isabelle Surielow ("Isabelle," "I," or "me"). By using this site or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

Services

I offer matchmaking, relationship consulting, and dating app consulting. Sessions are coaching-based and held by video. They are not therapy, counseling, medical, psychological, or legal advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a licensed professional.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or book any service.

Matchmaking client agreement

The matchmaking consultation adds you to my private matchmaking database. Matches are provided only to clients who have signed my Matchmaking Client Agreement, which I share during or after the consultation. If you do not sign the agreement, or later stop following it, I will not match you or continue working with you. The Client Agreement sets out the full matching process, client commitments, date coordination, match pricing, and the cancellation and refund terms for matches.

No guarantee of outcome

Matchmaking and consulting are human services, not guaranteed outcomes. I do not guarantee chemistry, a relationship, marriage, or any specific result. I commit to thoughtful effort, honest vetting, and clear communication.

Your responsibility

You agree that the information you give me is true and accurate. You are responsible for your own decisions and safety when meeting anyone. I reserve the right to decline or end services with anyone at my discretion, including anyone who misrepresents themselves, behaves disrespectfully, or poses a safety risk.

Ending our work together

I reserve the right to stop working with any client, at any time and with no refund, if they are abusive, disrespectful, threatening, or harassing toward me, a match, or anyone involved in my services, or if their conduct does not align with my approach. This applies to all services, including sessions already booked or paid for and any match or package fees.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for the actions or conduct of any person you meet through my services. My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved.

Changes and governing law

I may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Acceptable Use Policy

My services exist to help adults build consensual, respectful relationships. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Human trafficking in any form, including sex trafficking and labor trafficking, and aiding, abetting, facilitating, or encouraging it.
• Sexual exploitation of any person, including commercial sexual services, prostitution, or escort arrangements.
• Any involvement of minors. All clients and matches must be 18 or older.
• Encouraging, promoting, or engaging in abuse, violence, harassment, stalking, coercion, or threats toward any person.
• Fraud, scams, impersonation, or misrepresenting your identity, age, relationship status, or intentions.
• Using my services or the information I share for any purpose other than seeking a genuine relationship, including soliciting matches for money or business.
• Sharing a match's personal information, photos, or identifying details publicly or with third parties.
• Sending or sharing sexually explicit, obscene, hateful, threatening, or harassing content, including unsolicited explicit photos, with me or with any match.

How I enforce this policy

I am a one-on-one service, not an open platform. There are no public profiles, user accounts, or member-to-member messaging, and every introduction is made personally by me. To identify and prevent violations:

• Every client must confirm they are 18 or older when booking, and provide their age on my compatibility form.
• I meet every client by live video before any matchmaking begins, and assess their intentions, conduct, and fit.
• Clients must sign my Client Agreement before being matched, attesting to serious intent and to having no criminal history involving violence, abuse, harassment, fraud, or sexual offenses.
• I personally review every potential match before any introduction. No client can browse, search, or contact other clients.
• After every date, I collect feedback from both people within 72 hours, so concerns about behavior are raised quickly.
• Clients and matches can report concerns to me directly at any time.
• When I find a violation, I end services immediately with no refund, and report suspected trafficking, exploitation, or abuse to law enforcement.

Violating this policy results in immediate termination of services with no refund. Where appropriate, I will report suspected trafficking, exploitation, or abuse to law enforcement.

Services & Pricing

• Matchmaking Consultation: 60 minutes, $150
• Relationship Consulting: 60 minutes, $125
• Dating App Consulting: 30 minutes, $65

All prices are in US dollars. Sessions are booked and paid by card online at the time of booking, and a session is confirmed only once payment is complete. The matchmaking consultation does not include a match. Match and package pricing is separate and is covered in the Matchmaking Client Agreement.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All session fees are non-refundable once paid, including for missed sessions and late cancellations.

You may reschedule a session if you let me know at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. You can use the reschedule link in your booking confirmation email or email me. Requests made less than 24 hours before the session cannot be rescheduled, and the fee is not refunded.

Match and package fees are non-refundable once paid. Cancellations, no-shows, rescheduling, and match credits for matchmaking clients are governed by the Matchmaking Client Agreement.

If you were charged in error or charged twice, contact me at the email below and I will correct it.

Privacy Policy

What I collect

When you book a session or fill out one of my forms, I collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, and your answers to intake or compatibility questions. Matchmaking clients may also share photos and personal details for introductions.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number. Stripe's handling of your payment information is covered by its own privacy policy.

Services I use

Bookings are managed through Cal.com, video sessions are held on Google Meet, the "Think You Could Be a Great Fit?" form uses Google Forms, and this site is hosted by Netlify, which may log basic technical information such as IP addresses. Each of these services has its own privacy policy.

How I use your information

I use your information only to provide my services: to schedule and hold sessions, communicate with you, and find and arrange matches. With your permission under the Client Agreement, I share select profile information and photos with potential matches for introductions.

Educational and research use

With your permission, I may use the answers from your compatibility form for educational and research purposes, such as my academic work in Prevention Science. This information is used only in aggregate and de-identified form, so you cannot be personally identified. The compatibility form asks you to choose yes or no. If you choose no, your answers are used only to provide my services to you. You can change your choice at any time by emailing me.

What I don't do

I do not sell or rent your personal information, and I do not share it for advertising.

Your choices

You can ask me to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing me. I keep information only as long as needed to provide my services or meet legal obligations.

Law Enforcement Requests

I cooperate with law enforcement. I will respond to valid legal process, such as a subpoena, court order, or warrant, and will disclose client information without legal process only where I believe in good faith that there is an emergency involving risk of death or serious harm, or where required by law. I report suspected human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or abuse to the appropriate authorities.
